Basic demands of conduct
The language of the guild is English. If you wish to use a different language in vent, party chat, whispers and other ways when you are alone with your countrymen, do so, but it is quite rude to talk in a language not everyone present understands.
We do not want to hear anything from anyone about Ninja looting, Rage quits from raids, Abusive language, Harassment or the like. Every member of Crying Corps reflects on us all as a guild and we will not suffer tarnish on our reputation. If we have reason to believe you have participated in such, a guild kick will be used to preserve our rep.
Even non-raiding guild members are expected to know encounters, their class and spec well enough to not embarrass us in pugs or the like. This will not be monitored but if we receive enough complaints it can still mean removal.
Since it is sometimes hard to distinguish between joking around with the mates and abusiveness within the guild, it will not be policed as hard. This means that if you feel you are being dissed by another guildie, tell them seriously to stop and if that fails contact an officer.
Warlords word is law. If you have a problem with something an officer said, contact the GM(Rezka) or another officer about it.
Do not shout out your anger on the forums to spread your dissent, or on the guild channel. Such things can give raiders a guild kick and casuals are not safe either. It is OK to have a different opinion then the officers, its the spreading of drama that is forbidden.
